Cherry Tree Beef is now considered some of the finest Beef in the World, and the only Certified Organic Black Angus pure grass fed beef on the market. Velvet soft & nutrient dense.

Use in your favourite beef, low and slow dishes. The fat content and connective tissue in this beef is different from other beef, and will need a little more cooking time but it will be well worth it, add approximately 10% on normal cooking time. Cook low and slow to release all that beautiful flavour and tenderness.
